General Tips for Anal Douching
Before you start, try having a bowel movement. Next wash your hands and equipment thoroughly. Using luke-warm water will make douching easier and more pleasant. To prevent damage to the anus and rectum, make sure the water pressure isn’t too high. Additionally, do not rinse your rectum with a laxative or soap.
Apply lube to the anus and the tip of the nozzle. Relax your sphincter and gently insert the nozzle a few centimeters. Each time you rinse, let the water flow in slowly until your rectum feels full (about 5 seconds). Hold for 30 seconds up to 2 minutes then relax and let the water flow out along with any feces.
