Nipple Clamps are an interesting sensory item.  They cut off the blood flow to the nipple which makes the nipples amazingly sensitive.  When the nipples are so sensitive, even the slightest movement can cause a mixture of pleasure and pain to the wearer.  Because Nipple Clamps are effectively just cutting off the circulation to the nipple, you should be careful about how long you use them.  Depending on how experienced you are with the sensation of nipple clamps, you will wear the clamps for a varied amount of time.  For a beginner, it is recommend nothing more than 10 minutes.  Once you have had experience with the sensation of circulation loss (and how much is too much), you can go up to about fifteen or twenty minutes.  (The length of use also depends on how tight the nipple clamp is.
